TOURNAMENT HISTORY
The Callaway Junior Tour and its predecessor tours have been the site of many outstanding performances and results. Literally thousands of junior golfers have competed in the tour’s events over the past 40+ years. Each year brings a new beginning where junior golfers compete for points in a Fed-Ex Cup format that allows them to earn their way to the Tour Championship at Parkersburg Country Club and the Finale at the Snead Course at the Greenbrier Sporting Club where one golfer in each age group is crowned the Player of the Year.
Golfers also earn valuable points through their tour performance that are used to assemble the teams for the WV Junior North & South Championship, the Mid-Atlantic Championship, and other events such as the Virginias vs. the Carolinas matches.
The Callaway Junior Tour has served as a valuable experience for many golfers who have gone on to esteemed high school, college, and professional careers in the game of golf.
